Privacy policy

The app stores your name, email, password hash, recipes and their sources, macro settings and calculator inputs, meal plans and shopping checks. Authentication records include sessions, IP addresses, browser information and agent permissions. Do not enter information about other people or medical records.

This information lets you sign in, manage your own library and plan meals. Operation counters and authentication records protect access and limit abuse. If you separately authorize nutrition matching, the app uses Jev only to compare bounded ingredient identity with sourced candidates. The app does not sell your information. Nutrition calculations are planning estimates, not medical advice.

Vercel hosts the application, analytics and performance measurements, and routes separately authorized nutrition matches through AI Gateway. Neon hosts the PostgreSQL database. TypeSafe processes the supplied ingredient identity and published candidate identity metadata for those matches; the app does not send the recipe, nutrient composition or unrelated account data, and does not store the evaluation. These providers also process technical service data. If you authorize an external agent, it can receive your recipes and nutrition records and save recipe drafts within the permissions you approve. That agent has its own privacy terms. Revoking access stops future requests; it cannot recall copies already received.

Account data stays in the live database until you erase it. Account erasure deletes your live account data and agent permissions. Provider logs, recovery history and any restricted backups expire separately; contact the operator for their current retention periods. Unsaved plan drafts and your theme preference use browser storage. Clear this site's data on other devices after erasure. Authentication uses cookies needed to keep you signed in.

In Account, use your current password to download your data or erase an ordinary account. Administrator accounts require operator handling. You can edit recipes and settings in the app and revoke agent access in Connections. Contact the operator for access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection requests, or questions about data transfers and retention. You can also contact your data protection authority, including Spain's AEPD.

There is no automatic email password reset. Contact the operator for manual recovery. Never send your password. Recovery requires proof of account ownership; knowing an email address alone is not proof. If ownership cannot be established safely, access cannot be restored.
